Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns on our products. However, we are happy to offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • If you received a product in the wrong size

  • If the product is damaged or defective

To request an exchange, please contact us at palakkhandelwalofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear images of the item (in case of damage).

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide the order receipt or proof of purchase

Once your exchange is approved, we will share further instructions including the shipping address.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock

  • Items sent to us without prior exchange approval will not be accepted

  • Sale items and personalized/customized products are not eligible for exchange
